Democrats are doing whatever it takes to keep PRESIDENT TRUMP from running in the 2024 election.

It’s possible that they will accomplish their goal considering how corrupt Biden, the DOJ and FBI are as well as the entire judicial system is.

But Trump got some good news that has the filthy democrats FURIOUS.

The Minnesota Supreme Court announced Wednesday that it has dismissed a lawsuit and will allow former President Donald Trump to stay on the primary ballot, FOX News reports.

 

Not Happening

The court dismissed the lawsuit which it stated was seeking an end to Trump’s candidacy under a rarely-used constitutional provision that forbids those who “engaged in insurrection” from holding office.

With this ruling, the Minnesota Supreme Court has refused to become the first in history to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to prevent someone from running for the presidency.

By ruling that state law allows parties to put who ever they want on the primary ballot, the Minnesota Supreme court dodged the question of the lawsuit — does Trump’s alleged role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol disqualify him from the presidency?

Anthony Smith at News Hour First reports that in her decision, Chief Justice Natalie Hudson stated, “There is no state statute that prohibits a major political party from placing on the presidential nomination primary ballot, or sending delegates to the national convention supporting, a candidate who is ineligible to hold office.”

Donald Trump was obviously happy about the decision.

He announced on Truth Social, “Ridiculous 14th Amendment lawsuit just thrown out by Minnesota Supreme Court.

“Congratulations to all who fought this HOAX!”

Eventually, there will probably be a case that succeeds simply because liberal judges will be assigned to the case, but even that will eventually fail.

There is no doubt that the case will wind up before the Supreme Court, where I am positive it will be defeated.

These freaking democrats are like cockroaches.

What are they even fighting for?

Are they happy with the way Biden has destroyed our country?

These people are freaking mentally ill.
