Chicago Bears Soldier Field Once Proudly Dedicated To The Men And Women Of The Armed Services, Now The New WOKE Bears Choose To Back BLM

Millions of Americans have stopped watching professional sports due their blatant disrespect for everything America stands for.

We don’t want to see, hear or think about Black Lives Matter or see the athletes hatred for police- we just wanted to watch a freaking game while eating chips and drinking some cold ones.

Those days are gone.

Kneel down, Chicago Bears! Isn’t that how the fight song goes? Well, that’s how it should be sung in 2020. The Bears continue their losing ways but keep putting up Ws for their wokeness.

Kevin Scholla at Breitbart reports that when the Colin Kaepernick-led kneeling protests during our national anthem first took place, the Bears were one of very few teams that had zero players kneel. In fact, Chicago did not have one player of staff member disrespect our flag from 2016-2019. Like everything else, things on that front have changed drastically in 2020. Each and every game this season, several Bears kneel in front of our beautiful flag. Even at home games played at historic Soldier Field, the Bears take a knee.

The NFL has been controversial in their decisions when it comes to what their players can do in “protest” on the field and during the games.

Soldier Field was created to honor World War I soldiers and veterans as clear back as 1919.  It has since been “‘Dedicated To The Men And Women Of The Armed Services” yet when it comes to actually making a stand, the Bears have chosen to kneel.

Home of the Chicago Bears, Soldier Field was once the oldest stadium in the NFL. To honor World War I veterans in 1919, plans were developed for a new stadium. Construction began on the stadium in 1922 and was completed by 1928. Opening for the stadium, that was originally called Municipal Grant Park Stadium, came on October 9, 1924. Less than one year later the stadium was renamed Soldier Field and was officially dedicated on November 27, 1926. 

As Breitbart reported further, Soldier Field is billed as being ‘Dedicated To The Men And Women Of The Armed Services’, but at that very field Bears starters, back-ups, and coaches consistently kneel.

When former Bears speak up for America or commonsense, the now woke Bears organization chastises them. Even Hall of Fame legends Brian Urlacher and Mike Ditka have been told to zip it from progressive Bears brass.

As if the kneeling and disrespecting our flag and troops isn’t bad enough, the Bears are making sure everyone knows how much they love Black Lives Matter. Not the lower case idea, but the upper case attack group.

All this does is add fuel to an already out of control fire in our nation when it comes too racism and division. Instead of using their platform and money to help heal and unite people, the NFL continues to spit in the faces of the fans, Police Officers, Military as well as our National Anthem and The United States Flag.

This weekend the NFL is featuring its ‘My Cause My Cleats’ initiative. Players can wear cleats with designs that support a particular group or cause. Bears receiver Anthony Miller III is wearing Black Lives Matter shoes emblazoned with a fist.

The Bears proudly brag about Miller’s choice on social media. In an Instagram post, the team writes: ‘@a.mill’s cause? Black Lives Matter. His cleats are for @blklivesmatter. #MyCauseMyCleats’.

One click on the @blklivesmatter handle, that the Bears proudly promote, takes you to an Instagram page that features anti-police rhetoric. The third photo on the IG page is a poster urging- #DefundThePolice.

While former Bears like Urlacher, Ditka, Mike Singletary, Jay Cutler, Dennis McKinnon, Dan Hampton, Jim McMahon, and many more continue to support our flag, our country, and our police, today’s team is nothing more than a bunch of sheep. The players do what they want and the cowards in the front office root them on.

The NFL is a thing of the past.

It’s been polluted with this radical leftist garbage along with the NBA, MLB and most other sports.

I stopped watching any games and millions of other America loving, pro military and pro law enforcement patriots have also stopped watching or attending the games and it has hit them hard in their ratings.

It it weren’t for China these leagues and players would go bankrupt.

These athletes are paid millions to play a sport, as entertainment, in our nation and it is our nation that foots the bill for their paychecks.

Look, I have no problem with players wanting to protest and choose to make a stand on their beliefs.  I do have a problem with them using their games to do so.

And for that reason I will never watch a single game and haven’t for years.
