On Monday, at U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force base in Florida, President Trump spoke more about keeping Islam out of the United States.

President Trump discussed keeping radical Muslims out of the U.S., rebuilding the military and NATO members to pay their fair share for defense, “getting our allies to pay their fair share” and “make their full and proper contributions to the NATO alliance, which many of them have not been doing — not even close.”

He also discussed how terrorism is being distorted by the propaganda mainstream media.

“The threat from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, and other proponents of “radical Islamic terrorism” is being distorted by the media. You’ve seen what happened in Paris, and Nice. All over Europe, it’s happening. It’s gotten to a point where a very dishonest press doesn’t want to report it. They have their reasons, and you understand that.”~President Trump

President Trump went on to discuss that he wants a strong program of border controls to ensure that those who are admitted to the U.S. are “people that love us and want to love our country — not people that want to destroy us and destroy our country.”

This comes after he Trump administration appealed a temporary order restraining the immigration ban nationwide, saying late Saturday night that the federal judge in Seattle overreached by “second-guessing” the president on a matter of national security.

“We’ll win,” Trump told reporters Saturday night. “For the safety of the country, we’ll win.”
