HILLARY’S DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE: How Loretta Lynch’s Crony Is Still Hassling Trump — And The Skeleton In Her Closet She May Be Hiding!

UPDATE: The recently terminated Acting Attorney General Sally Yates had a personal feud with Senator Jeff Sessions and her motivations for blocking the travel ban are believed to be that of petty revenge.

During her Senate Confirmation, Jeff Sessions pleaded with his colleagues to refuse her appointment citing her involvement in protecting the Obama Administration during their involvement.  During his speech, Sessions criticized the unethical behavior of Sally Yates during her defense of Obama’s Illegal Immigrant DACA policy — which Sessions implies was incredibly dishonest.  The “government [represented by Sally Yates’ subordinates] created confusion,” Sessions read to the Senate chamber.  While Sessions did not go so far as to claim Yates orchestrated the litigated sleight of hand, he did make it very clear that she took no disciplinary action in response to it. The confirmation hearing took place on May 13th, 2015.

It seems that Sessions knew that Yates was potentially corrupt. Why didn’t his colleagues listen to his warning?

You can listen to Senator Sessions statement on that matter here. His comments begin around the 2 hour and 23 minute mark.

AFF Media will be publishing the abridged clip of Sessions speech shortly. For those with slow internet we apologize for the inconvenience of the video linked above. Please be patient while our editors work to make the file more manageable for us to host.

UPDATE: President Donald J. Trump has fired Obama’s appointed Assistant Attorney General after her attempt at political subterfuge.

The new acting Attorney General until Sessions is confirmed is Dana Boente.

Acting Attorney General and friend of the now besmirched Loretta Lynch, Sally Yateshas taken to the media with a rogue statement in opposition to the administration that she is subordinate to.

While Jeff Sessions awaits his contested confirmation, Trump will be stuck with this Obama administration interloper which means the readers at AFF Media deserve to know what’s really going on here.

Yates had this to say for herself:

“At present, I am not convinced that the defense of the executive order is consistent with these responsibilities nor am I convinced that the executive order is lawful.

Consequently, for as long as I am the acting attorney general, the Department of Justice will not present arguments in defense of the executive order, unless and until I become convinced that it is appropriate to do so.”

This isn’t the first time the former US Attorney has been in hot water for her hot-headed remarks:

The Daily Caller reported that she was allegedly one of the main targets named by FBI agents concerned with Department of Justice corruption aimed at electing Hillary Clinton:

Agents within the Federal Bureau of Investigation want to take down the personnel at the top of the Justice Department, according to a former D.C. based U.S. Justice attorney.
“Just think of the FBI as the Vietcong. That’s what they are. They are digging tunnels under the Justice Department. They are going to sink that place,” Washington attorney Joe DiGenova told theDaily Caller Thursday.
DiGenova, who has bureau sources close to the FBI investigation, named Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Assistant Attorney General Peter [Kadzik], Assistant Attorney General John P. Carlin, and Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell as senior level staff at DOJ have who have “done something that they are going to regret.” As a result of the obstacles thrown in their way, DiGenvoa says the agents within the bureau have gone “rogue” and any upper level bureaucrat that gets in their way from investigating Clinton could be exposed.
“Even though this is technically under the auspices of the bureau, nobody is going to control these agents,” he said.

Sally Yates made herself famous by her proclamation of what became known as the Yates Memo among the community of corporate litigators and defense lawyers — in theory, the Yates Memo intended to make corporate corruption easier to prosecute by dismantling the protections from consequences incorporating provided principal administrators.

If her decision to weigh in on Trump’s proposed immigration ban results in even the slightest indication of an unscrupulous partisan dealing, she might have her own corrupt scandal brewing. Time to drain the swamp.
