BREAKING NEWS: Popular TV Star Found DEAD [W/VIDEOS]

It is with great sadness to report that renowned chef Michael Chiarello, famous for his Italian-inspired Californian dining establishments and television appearances has suddenly passed away.

Chiarello passed away at the age of 61.

The Food Network star is said to have died from an ‘acute allergic reaction’.

Gruppo Chiarello, the late chef’s company, released a statement confirming that he passed away at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa after being treated for an acute allergic reaction that led to anaphylactic shock, The GOP Times reports.

He had been under medical care at the hospital for the past week due to the allergic reaction, although specific details regarding the cause of the reaction were not immediately disclosed.

“We deeply mourn the loss of our beloved patriarch Michael.

“His culinary brilliance, boundless creativity, and unwavering commitment to family were at the core of his being.

“As we navigate this profound loss, we hold dear the moments we cherished with him, both in his kitchens and in our hearts.

“His legacy will forever live on in the love he poured into every dish and the passion he instilled in all of us to savor life’s flavors.”

Chiarello hosted shows on PBS and Food Network and earned a Daytime Emmy in 2003 for his show “Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello.”

He also appeared in episodes of “Top Chef” and “Top Chef Masters.”

He was born in Red Bluff California in 1962.

Chiarello, an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, embarked on his culinary journey at the young age of 22 when he opened his first restaurant, Toby’s, in Miami.

He was named Food & Wine Magazine’s chef of the year award three years later.

After graduating he opened critically acclaimed restaurant Tra Vigne before going on to open Bottega Coqueta and Ottimo restaurants as well as venturing into winemaking with Chiarello Family vineyards and creating NapaStyle which sold artisanal foods kitchenware and home products.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen, and their four children.
