We are going to bring the back hoe, the tractors and the men with the equipment to raise Bedford Forrest from the soil of Memphis. SMH…

A Black group of protesters from the Commission on Religion and Racism (CRR) actually felt the need to dig up the grass next to Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest’s Memphis statue, saying they hope others “follow suit and dig him up.”

What idiots.

They’ve wanted the statue and remains removed for a long time because he was a Confederate soldier, a slave trader and a KKK leader.

“If he’s gone, some of this racism and race-hate might be gone,” Isaac Richmond with CRR told WREG3 News.

Lee Millar, the spokesperson for the Forrest family and Sons of Confederate Veterans said “They can protest all they want. Just because they don’t like it, doesn’t mean they are right. Digging up the park is just pure and simple vandalism.”

“We are going to bring the back hoe, the tractors and the men with the equipment to raise Bedford Forrest from the soil of Memphis,” said Richmond.

Oh really?

When Scott Hudson of Lincoln County, Tennessee saw this he drove hundreds of miles to repair the grass.

“It just upset me to my core, because my great-grandfather R.C. Hudson fought in the Confederate Army,” he said.

These racists should have been arrested in my opinion.

God Bless. Dean James III%AMERICAS FREEDOM FIGHTERS
