Dean James AMERICA’S FREEDOM FIGHTERS–
A white Missouri police officer has been suspended and placed on unpaid leave after he appeared in a racially charged music video wearing his uniform and holding a sign that says, “cops lives matter.”
Not only that but he is also seen reaching for his gun in the video for ‘Before This Bomb Blows Up (Racism Goes Both Ways)’ by Josh Smith, a white rapper who goes by the name ‘J.Smitty.’
The video also shows St. Joseph patrolman Zackary Craft spitting on a picture of the civil rights activist Rev. Al Sharpton, breaking and burning pictures of Barack Obama, the Rev. Jesse Jackson and hooded KKK members.
Police spokesman Capt. Jeff Wilson said the department “in no way condones the video” and that Officer Craft is on paid leave pending an investigation.
The rapper said that Craft, whom he describes as a friend, knew that the video was “supposed to make cops look good” but he was totally unaware of “quite how far it was going to go.”
“I feel really bad for him. I hope this all ends well for him and that he is able to keep his job and move on,” the rapper said.
Craft’s attorney says that the officer allowed himself to be filmed “without knowing the words, content, or context” and was “appalled” when he saw the finished video and said, “He whole heartedly rejects the song, the music video and the misguided message in its entirety.”
Now, here is the video. Caution, there are a few cuss words that might be offensive.

The video begins with Smith holding a sign that says “a proud white man is a racist” before flipping it over to read “a proud black man is courageous” and “I am a proud white man.”
Nothing wrong with being a proud white man, is there?
Other white people in the video are seen holding signs with messages that read, “Slavery wasn’t my fault,” “white lives matter” and “why can’t I play the race card.”
Personally I really don’t have a problem with this. It’s ‘artistic expression.’ In fact, after watching the video I thoroughly enjoyed it.
There is no violence. I agree with the message. Again, I really enjoyed this song and video and let me assure you, I am NOT a fan of RAP music.
Good job J.Smitty! That was the best video I have seen in a long time.
God Bless.
