Woman From New York Times’ SMEAR Piece Of Trump Drops BOMBSHELL: ‘They Didn’t…’

Over the weekend, the liberal New York Times published a smear piece about presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump’s treatment of women over the years, and it was focused around a woman Trump dated for a while in between marriages. Well, she apparently wasn’t too happy about what she read, and on Monday morning she dropped a bombshell about the piece during an appearance on Fox News.

The woman at the center of it all is named Rowanne Brewer Lane, a former girlfriend of the brash billionaire’s, and the Times’ piece quoted her as saying that Trump mistreated her when the pair first met at a pool party.

“Donald J. Trump had barely met Rowanne Brewer Lane when he asked her to change out of her clothes,” the first line of the article read, before describing the scene where they met.

“He suddenly took me by the hand, and he started to show me around the mansion. He asked me if I had a swimsuit with me. I said no. I hadn’t intended to swim. He took me into a room and opened drawers and asked me to put on a swimsuit.”

But during an appearance on Fox & Friends Monday morning, Brewer Lane hit back and said the Times completely misrepresented her story.

The New York Times told us several times that they would make sure my story that I was telling came across, they promised several times that they would do it accurately, they told me several times and my manager several times that it would not be a hit piece and that my story would come across the way that I was telling it and honestly and it absolutely was not,” Brewer Lane said. “They did take quotes from what I said and they put a negative connotation on it. They spun it to where it appeared negative. I did not have a negative experience with Donald Trump.”

Brewer Lane also explained that Trump had never been demeaning or otherwise offensive in any way while they dated. She also finished the interview by saying that she would be supporting Trump’s campaign and voting for him come November.

As you can imagine, Trump was rather pleased after watching her interview this morning.

As of this writing, the New York Times hasn’t publicly commented on this morning’s interview.
