Following the attack in Orlando, the nation is on high alert for anything suspicious, and what just turned up in New York City has people on edge.

A group of three people, two men in their 50s and a woman in her 20s, were stopped outside of the Holland Tunnel on the New Jersey side, and they had quite a stash of weapons in their vehicle. According to NBC New York, police stopped their vehicle after noticing it had a cracked windshield, and they ended up finding everything from body armor to an AR-15 pistol.

The guns seized included long-range weapons as well as handguns. A camouflage helmet with what appeared to be night goggles was also recovered.

Two senior law enforcement officials say the three suspects are so-called “gun enthusiasts” and have no nexus to terror. There is no known threat.

Details are pretty scarce at the moment, but authorities said they also found drugs in the vehicle, but didn’t clarify as to what kind of drugs they were. A member of the group also said that they were headed into Queens to try to save a friend of theirs who was high on heroin and being held against their will, which would explain the massive arsenal of weapons they had with them.

Police said they’re now working to try to find the women that’s allegedly being held in the city. The investigation remains open, and should any new details come about, we’ll update the story.
