President Donald Trump commented on the dramatic gun control meeting with members of Congress on Thursday, urging them to “respect” the Second Amendment, Breitbart reports.

President Trump discussed gun control and the new bans proposed by the Democrats on Thursday, the President said some were good and some were bad.

Let me be clear, ANY attempt to change laws and rights against the 2nd Amendment, is an attack on the American people and our freedoms, Mr. President, you were elected by “We The People” to serve the people, to protect our freedoms and rights.  

If you allow ANY changes, endorse any changes, then you are in violation of the Bill of Rights and stripping Americans of our FREEDOMS.

The NRA responded to the meeting:

“Instead of punishing law-abiding gun owners for the acts of a deranged lunatic our leaders should pass meaningful reforms that would actually prevent future tragedies.  The meeting between the Democrats and the President makes for great TV but bad for policy.”

President Trump, after the meeting, used Twitter to let the people know his response to the meeting:

“Many ideas, some good & some not so good, emerged from our bipartisan meeting on school safety yesterday at the White House. Background Checks a big part of conversation. Gun free zones are proven targets of killers. After many years, a Bill should emerge. Respect 2nd Amendment!”

What in the actual?  Respect the 2nd Amendment?  What happened to PROTECT THE 2ND AMENDMENT?

By changing the age in which a person can purchase a firearm then we must enforce age requirements for the actual issues. If you have to be 21 to purchase a firearm of any style, then the following must be changed as well:

• Must be 21 to Enter the United States Military
• Must be 21 to Vote
• Must be 21 to obtain a Drivers License
• Must be 21 to be a Democrat as well as go through extensive background and mental stability checks.
• Must be 21 to obtain and use a Cell Phone

I do not understand how people can ask our young men and women to enter the military and serve and protect our nation, to put their lives on the line in the name of freedom, when these freedoms are being stripped away.

The blunt Truth is that only a few active shooting events have involved a person under the age of 21 and changing the age requirements does NOT solve or fix an evil persons desire to hurt or kill another person.  To think otherwise, is not only foolish but dangerous and will only create more victims.

Walmart and Dicks Sporting Goods have already caved to these anti-gun groups and other companies are starting to follow suit.  the domino affect will fall on the 2nd Amendment itself, it is unavoidable.

These groups and politicians will not stop until they get all firearms banned and make it illegal for YOU to own a firearm.

I am so sick of seeing people pound out on keyboards, messages about defending their right to won a firearm and how they stand against these insane anti-gun groups.

America better start uniting and taking to the streets in unified protests and using actions to stand for their rights and freedoms, no politician cares about your opinion on social media.

Help organize people to unite and plan and carry out peaceful protests that are PRO Firearms and PRO 2nd Amendment.

People better start doing something because we are already being tread on and it will only get worse from here on out.
