BREAKING: Texas Deploys National Guard and State Troopers To Southern Border In An Act Of Defiance Against Biden’s Border Policies

Biden has reversed virtually every policy that President Trump implemented and has basically opened the door for illegal aliens to walk into America untouched.

Well, many governors as well as Law Enforcement and American citizens along the southern border are furious with Biden’s dangerous open border policy and that includes the great governor of Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

Abbott is fighting back and has announced he is deploying the state’s National Guard and State Troopers to respond to the growing border crisis.

Breitbart reports that Governor Abbott announced Operation Lone Star “to combat the smuggling of people and drugs into Texas” on Saturday. The operation will integrate the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) with the National Guard, Abbott said. He is ordering the deployment of air, ground, marine, and tactical border security assets to high threat areas.

“The crisis at our southern border continues to escalate because of Biden Administration policies that refuse to secure the border and invite illegal immigration,” the governor said in a written statement Saturday evening. “Texas supports legal immigration but will not be an accomplice to the open border policies that cause, rather than prevent, a humanitarian crisis in our state and endanger the lives of Texans. We will surge the resources and law enforcement personnel needed to confront this crisis.”

With today’s politicians, Senators and Governors, few are willing to stand up against Biden’s regime and the federal turncoats.  Governor Abbott, regardless of what people think of him, with this move he has done exactly that.

As we reported earlier, Biden has already implemented sanctuary country orders whereby about nine-in-ten illegal aliens, who would typically be arrested by ICE and deported, now face no threat of arrest and deportation until they are convicted of an aggravated felony or found to be a national security threat.

Under the Biden regime we have gone from having sanctuary cities to now being a sanctuary nation for illegal aliens.  The democrats continue to ignore their own citizens and focus heavily on the illegals and what all they can provide for them.

President Joe Biden is expanding his breakdown of interior immigration enforcement, dubbed “sanctuary country” orders, by giving illegal aliens another avenue to avoid arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, Breitbart reports.

On Friday, ICE officials told Congress that the agency would open an “ICE Case Review” process in which illegal aliens can challenge their arrest and detainment.  You can read our full report here.

Now it is unclear if Texas can ignore the federal orders on “catch and release” as the Biden regime has implemented and made it very clear to ICE and the Border Patrol that they are not to send them back but instead, they are to bring them to holding facilities, quickly process them and then ship them out across the U.S.

Abbott issued the deployment order following a meeting with Texas DPS Director Colonel Steve McCraw. The two discussed strategies to increase safety and security along the border.

The announcement follows a massive increase in illegal border crossings since President Joe Biden took office in January.

Earlier this week, Democrat Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX) announced that Border Patrol agents apprehended approximately 10,000 migrants in the Rio Grande Valley Sector during a seven-day period ending on Wednesday, Breitbart Texas reported.

“We are weeks, maybe even days, away from a crisis on the southern border. Inaction is simply not an option,” Congressman Cuellar said in a written statement. “Our country is currently unprepared to handle a surge in migrants in the middle of the pandemic.”

As more illegal immigrants flood to our southern borders, Biden continues to eradicate everything former President had set in place to safeguard our nation.

It will be highly interesting to see if Texas is able to override Biden’s regime and take it upon themselves to detain and send the illegals back.
