Actress Kirstie Alley was an avid supporter of Barack Obama back in 2008, when his candidacy swept the nation out of nowhere and denied Hillary Clinton her “deserved” (laughable) shot at the Oval Office.

This year, the 65-year-old star of the popular sitcom Cheers went an entirely different route and made a shock endorsement, and guess what happened as a result.

Late Friday evening, Alley let out a series of tweets announcing who she’s voting for, and many people were surprised to hear that it was Donald Trump.

Yeah, the same person who once voted for Obama has apparently seen the destructive forces of his administration at work, and is now joining with millions of other Americans to try to put an end to it once and for all.

Of course, no good deed goes unpunished, and as soon as Alley’s fans discovered she’s supporting the billionaire, she was viciously attacked on Twitter.

You get the idea – more “tolerance” on display from our not-too-accepting liberal friends.
