James Oliver, 48, was hospitalized with a serious leg injury. He’s lucky to be alive frankly. What a sick bastard.

His girlfriend Linda Currier, 53 got behind the wheel and ran over Oliver after she caught him sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl inside their home around midnight the Lincoln County Sheriff’s office told WCSH-TV.

Currier got popped for a DUI and aggravated assault but was released. Oliver was hospitalized and booked on charges of attempted gross sexual unlawful sexual touching and failure to comply with the sex offender registry by not keeping his address current.

Oliver was previously convicted of sexual abuse of a minor and rape. Why are people like this loose on the streets. And why wasn’t he monitored more effectively? Oh, that’s right- the system completely sucks… We hope this scumbag spends the rest of his pathetic life behind bars.

The young girl was returned to her family but will no doubt suffer for the rest of her life all because of this D-Bag perv!
